Jubran A. Hoche, M.Sc., M.D., MBA. is a well known Neurologist with a career expanding over twoand half decades. He was involved in basic sciences academic research earning a Master’s degree in Neurophysiology that resulted in a thesis on Caudate/Cuneate nuclei interaction, a major contribution to the study of sensory disturbances in Parkinson’s disease. This was followed by a residency in Internal Medicine that included three months of fellowship in Psychiatry at Newcastle Upon Tyne in England. In the US, he completed his training in Neurology at the University of Miami school of Medicine's Jackson Memorial Hospital. He then furthered his education with a fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Miami, Florida, studying under Drs. Joel Glaser, Norman Schatz, and J. Lawton Smith.
Dr. Hoche has also completed a Masters in Business Administration, and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor society, the nation’s oldest and most selective All-Discipline Honor Society. He is also a member of The American Academy Of Neurology, is well published, and has lectured many times on a professional level. He has been the Chief of Neurology of Hollywood Medical Center, Hollywood, Florida from 1998 to 2006, and was a member of its Medical Executive Committee. He is in practice in the fields of Neurology and Neuro-Ophthalmology since 1985 in Hollywood, Florida. He is a diplomat of the American Boards of Psychiatry and Neurology, and was listed in Best Doctors in America and voted by his peers as Best Doctors in the Southeast Region.
