Roy Sarfati, M.S.,CCC-SLP

For over 16 years, Mr. Sarfati has served as a Board Certified Speech Language Pathologist. Mr. Sarfati is the developer of the patented APEX SpeechCare System and APEX Telemedicine Remote Rehabilitation System. Each system consists of cutting-edge treatment protocols for Speech, Language & Communication Disorders. In addition, Mr. Sarfati possesses extensive field experience in both private practice and in a variety of hospital settings.

Mr. Sarfati is a member of American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA), Young Presidents Club of Mount Sinai Medical Center, International Fluency Association, National Stuttering Association (Founding President of Hallandale Chapter Support Group), and has served as an Expert Panel Member of the International Stuttering Association from 2013 to 2014. Over the past decade, Mr. Sarfati received 14 ACE Awards from ASHA for “Continuing Professional Education Beyond an Academic Degree”.
Mr. Sarfati was the Director of the program provided by APEX Systems to the Florida Department of Education “No Child Left Behind” from 2008 to 2012, earning the service designation: “Excellent”
