Roy Sarfati, MS, CCC-SLP, is the inventor/developer of the Apex™ Speech Care System. He is the lead of the team of professionals involved in our program. As a stuttering specialist and from personal experience, Mr. Sarfati understands the needs and the severe life altering issues faced by individuals who stutter, or have Speech & Language Disorders, and their families. He dedicated a decade in research and development of this treatment method.
